Step 1. Take pork slices, omelette, coriander and tie tightly with boiled spring onions.
Step 2. Melt sugar and salt in hot water, then add fish sauce and MSG.
Step 3. Pound finely chili, garlic, roasted peanuts, then add them to the sauce prepared above. Squeeze a lime in it and taste to rectify if needed.
Step 4. Take an onion roll to dip with this sauce. Zap :)
