1. Mix the milk π₯, butter π§, sugar and vanilla extract in a saucepan and bring to hot without boiling.
2. In a large salad bowl, put the flour in a shape of a volcano and add the 8 eggs π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯. Mix to obtain an elastic dough. Feel free to add more eggs if needed.
3. Add the very hot milk and mix to obtain a homogeneous dough.
4. Add the perfume, with the pastis then the rum and mix.
5. Loosen the paste by adding the beer, mix until you obtain a very liquid dough.
6. Lightly oil a pancake pan then cook the pancakes over high heat.
