Mango sticky rice is a dessert or a snack, you can find as a street food. Or you can do it by yourself at home with this simple recipe.
1. Pour 300ml of coconut milk into a pot, following with 1 tsp of salt, sugar and Pandan leaves. Boil on very low heat. When it boils, remove the Pandan leaves, add the cooked sticky rice, stir all well together and turn off the heat. Let it cool and absorb the coconut milk for about 15 minutes.
2. Make the coconut cream: pour 200 ml of coconut milk in a big bowl, following with corn starch and 1/2tsp of salt. Mix well together. Transfer to the pot and cook it on VERY low heat for about 5 minutes, or until you see it starts to be sticky liquid, then take it out.
3. To serve: place the sticky rice on a plate, add slices of mango, then pour the coconut liquid on top and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Zap :)
