Tum Thard is mainly a papaya salad with a mix of side dishes served in a huge plate.
1. Use a mortar and pestle to roughly pound fresh chili, garlic, sugar and MSG. Then add the shredded green papaya, hairy eggplants, cherry tomatoes, hog plum, squeezed lime, fermented fish sauce, and add extra raw fermented fish. Roughly pound and taste as you like.
2. Pour the papaya salad on the big plate, add sides dishes such as with boiled eggs, dried fish, crispy pork skin, sweet sausages, pork sausages, and other vegetables :)
