This dish is very good for diet. It's healthy, juicy, and tasty.
1. Stir-fry the onions with oil until it becomes light brown.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken in a plate.
3. Put the chicken on the pan over the onions, then season with salt and pepper and seasoning powder (optional).
4. Pour the lemon juice into the pan.
5. Add topping of lemon slices on the chicken.
6. Add mushrooms and potatoes.
7. Reduce the heat to low and cover it for 30 minutes. Taste it and ready to serve :)
