We have found one of the hidden gem of Lao hotpot in Suanmon area, Vientiane capital. Opened more than 10 years. They bring a small clay hotpot coming with hot charcoal below for you to cook by yourslef on your table, there is super delicious broth inside the pot, then you can put the slices of beef, pork, fish, vegetables, and noodles inside the pot to make it cooked, then take out and dip with homemade peanuts sauce. Moreover, the price is so cheap. If you want to try new thing and eat like Lao locals, this place is highly recommended.
