Anh’s early formative years were spent in his grandmother’s family Vietnamese restaurant, as he observed how his grandmother mixed spices to coax the flavors as a master, to create intricate flavors.
His spare time was spent learning about what each flavor of different herbs would yield for different types of Vietnamese dishes.
Thus began his passion as a restaurateur! His skills, knowledge and expertise can be found everyday as he creates a unique dining experience with healthy natural ingredients at Anh Hong Vietnamese Restaurant.
